Over recent years we have seen a considerable growth in our business results. This demanded further automation.’
Two locations, one system
‘Our offices are located in Nunspeet’, says Robert. ‘The production of our patient lifts takes place in Assen whereas storage and expedition happens in Nunspeet. We were therefore dealing with two locations. Besides that, it was difficult for our back office to directly get an insight into our stock. Frankly speaking, we did not have a good stock system at all. We lacked sufficiently insightful data for our supply chain.’

JOYinCARE got to work diligently in setting up an integrated business administration. In addition to Exact, T-Box was chosen in order to achieve the desired connection between the two locations. A sales order for a product is now immediately processed in the stock system. Unique serial numbers help in this process. Those are automatically linked to an invoice. All this happens without manual entry.
