Twan Spierts is the director/owner of Movidis (Mobile Video Distribution). As a former journalist, he specialized in creating videos with smartphones and their related accessories. ‘I specialized in this field, and eventually, this company emerged from that.’
Movidis’ range of products includes tripods, lighting, microphones, and bags. ‘Our products are aimed at content creators whom we aim to support with professional accessories to create even better images.’
The creation and publication of personal content by individuals and businesses using mobile phones has grown tremendously in recent years. Consequently, the company is growing as well. In 2020, Movidis transitioned to Exact Online as an ERP system. To integrate the various administrations, they chose T-Box ICL.

‘To connect the administrations of our different operating companies, we use T-Box Intercompany Logistics,’ Twan explains. ‘We began by drawing up a flowchart with a T-Box consultant, outlining the processes we wanted to link. It was important for everything to be automated so that we no longer needed to perform unnecessary actions. Based on this, T-Box set up the ICL connection.’
Movidis also uses T-Box to send feeds to customers. ‘This ensures that customers see the current stock and prices. Different customers want specific data in a data feed, such as product information or photo materials. With T-Box, we have fully automated this.’
